We are a formally recognised Moduleo retailer, and the ranges are on display in our showroom at Jubilee End, Lawford. If you have seen a Moduleo floor you like, the samples are here to stand on, and you are welcome to take them home to see them in your own room. And if you have not seen one yet, it is one of the first boards we reach for when someone asks for a hard wearing floor that looks like wood.

What Moduleo is
Moduleo is luxury vinyl tile: planks and tiles that closely resemble real wood or stone, in click and glue down formats. Water sits on it without doing harm, it takes a scratch better than real wood, and it suits exactly the rooms carpet does not: kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms and hallways. Herringbone is the pattern we are asked for most, and we fit it regularly.
Supplied and fitted, or supply only
Most customers have us supply and fit. Our fitters are people we know, not sub contractors, and any latex or levelling the floor underneath needs is priced at the quote rather than discovered later. If you have your own fitter, we supply Moduleo on its own too, delivered across Essex and Suffolk.
Moduleo or Karndean?
We hold both in the showroom, so you do not have to decide from a screen. They are both premium luxury vinyl. The honest answer is that the right one is usually whichever range has the colour and plank size your room wants, and that is settled in ten minutes with the samples side by side.
How long does it take?
Usually one to two weeks from order to fitting. We measure free of charge within about ten miles of the showroom, and if you have a written quote from somewhere else for the same product and specification, bring it in and we will match it.
