Amtico Flooring, Available to Order
Premium Luxury Vinyl Tile
Straight answer first: we do not stock Amtico and it is not on display in our showroom. We can order it in if it is what you have set your heart on, and we fit it the same way we fit the rest of our luxury vinyl: properly, over a floor that has been prepared for it.

Karndean vs Amtico?
It is the question we hear most from people who arrive wanting Amtico. Both are premium luxury vinyl tile, and on the floor of a finished room most people honestly cannot tell them apart. What settles it in practice is the specific colour and plank size you want, the lead time, and the price at the specification you pick, which is exactly what a measured quote puts numbers on. Karndean and Moduleo are on display here, so the practical first step is to stand on those samples with your photo of the room, or take them home to see them in it. If Amtico still wins, we order it.
Why don't you keep it on display?
A showroom cannot hold everything. Ours carries Karndean, Moduleo and Polyflor ranges, which between them cover what most rooms in most homes need. Amtico stays available to order for the customers who want it specifically.
Who fits it?
Our own fitters, the same people who fit everything we sell. Any levelling or preparation the subfloor needs is priced at your quote, and fitting is usually one to two weeks from order.
